Fire Again!! This time a wild fire on the Alaska Highway!
Well we arrived in Dawson Creek with no problems. Went to the museum and shopping. We heard some news about a fire but did not know if it would impact us or not. We are still hoping that it will not impact our trip, but the Alaska Highway has been closed between Fort Nelson, BC and Watson Lake, Yukon Territory. We will travel to Fort Nelson tomorrow as scheduled and wait to see if we can continue on to Watson Lake on Saturday or if we will have to spend extra time in Fort Nelson.

well I suppose if ya gotta be stuck...better to be stuck in pretty explorable territory...than in traffic...lolglad y'all are having a great time...y'all be careful....huggs and smooches...Pam
